Kuwait Advertising Arabic Award for 2006

This is the invitaion card i received today to attend this annual event of KAAA. It’s a “not bad” kind of event they do over here in Kuwait, inviting all Advertising Agencies from the GCC to participate in an Ad Award Ceremony. Though i still don’t understand why the whole GCC but anyway, guess it’s better than nothing. Here’s last year winners list to check “link

“I hope this year would be more organized than Last year coz in some places it was a total mix up especially when calling the winning agencies on stage to receive their awards..”

update: invitation card designed by PARAGON

update II 31.01.07: there’s a mistake in the body copy. Look @ the middle line, there’s a repetition for the word “i3lanee” :)

The Kuwait Advertising Awards are about creativity I assume? So why not start with the invitation card? I can’t help but the invitation card seems to foreshadow the event … gloomy. Small note for the organizers: Hope this year the presenters are able to pronounce the names of the nomiated agencies right … would be worth the effort.

Checked their site (kuwaitaa.net) and found the top winners list, B communications. Is it local agency? background peeps please.

  3. B Communications IS a local agency
