48hrs in Beirut!

Yes, today is my second day in beirut.. am finishing few pending jobs for our office.. anyway, leaving the airport yesterday heading towards downtown, noticed few interesting outdoor campaigns,, mostly political but creative..  Soldiers are everywhere, almost in every corner in bierut but will try my best to shoot some campaigns for you guys hoping that no one finds me using my cam and shoot me for real :)) cheers

update: it was very hard to shoot, but i got some :) Basically this campaign today covers around 50% of the outdoor media in Leb. It’s a continuation of “i love life” campaign.

Here’s another campaign running side by side with “i love life”.. interesting.

On my way back to the airport, i saw a 3rd campaign which is very close to “i love life”. Exactly the same background color but with different statements released by the opposition (i knew that coz they left their signature on the artwork). I couldn’t take pictures of it coz it was next to a check point.

So at the end as you can see, the market in Beirut is turning from a product advertising into politics advertising.. Conclusion: God help lebanon !

update 13.02.07: this is the joke i mentioned in my comment.. it’s really funny (Thx couz for the pic)

I love life  I love life

they say , lies will be revealed sooner or later, i think i love life stole the creative from the Al Marai displayed on the website. i love strawberry ………………. or vice versa?????

Another thought people love life , love strawberry , how about falafel ?

    I Love Falafel

There’s a new line that the opposition came up with, joking about this campaign saying: “baddeh fout 3al 7emmem, i love life” lol… will post it soon

  7. In the I love life campaign all r nice but i liked ‘ba2e houn” most and as for ur update “T” theres more from where that came from :)

Best opposition for i love life is “who’s losing” i liked it… looks like a lot of effort was put on it especially the art work :)
they should have said “loubnane w bass will ba2e khass” lol
