nice ad.. who's the agency behind it? is it still Team Y&R? coz i noticed good creative improvement starting mid last year onward

  2. "T"

Yes, still the same agency.. but i guess a refreshed creative team and a new Creative Director made the difference :)

  3. Ricky

    too much copy though

  4. johnny

am sure it's the client wish Ricky, they always find a nice way to interrupt a good creative :)

  5. mike

Guys I think a new account executive is handling al tijari account ;)

  6. Dounia

The idea is presented in a creative way.. Good job every one

  7. Jaggo

I think Johnny and Mike work at Y&R because no way is this ad creative.

  8. sorry guys, but this ad just sucks ! there is no focus ! its the card ? or the cable ? or the wireless thingy ? what is commercial bank saying to the consumer ? looks like the wataniya old wirless tool. to prove its weak ? too much copy (as ricky said) so why do we have the visual !?

guys ! the client isnt stupid ? not even the agency is stupid ! the client is stupid, cause he wants to compress all of his services in one visual which for me is really confusing, and could lead to true failure

  9. never tried it

but i know NBK's service ROCKS

  10. Elie

the more they critisized… means this ad is trully effective

  11. kre8tiv

Yo Advertising Addict.. why don't you get a copy of the brief from Y7R and come up with your version of the campaign yeah? It is stupid to say things like you said..Do you know the meaning of CHALLENGE? These guys made it through.. I mean the process where it includes dealing with those STUPID things you've said.. grow up dude! Don't be stupid!

  12. "P"

First I totally disagree with "Elie". I mean, us discussing/criticizing the ad that much doesn't mean it's a good one!

"Advertising Addict" and "kre8tiv" both have a point!

I mean the ad could've been better with less copy.

But I must agree with "kre8tiv" because no matter how convincing and smart the account handlers are, sometimes the client doesn't know exactly what he wants and starts changing/amending/creating/ and CRAMMING the ad thinking that it's the best way to go without going back to the agency who's supposed to be the expert.

Just like A2B illustrated it in his "The 8 Types of Bad Creative Critics" post.

So "Advertising Addict" lighten up a bit on the agencies because it's not always their fault!

Besides who knows what was the brief to Y&R?

  13. Elie

oohhh my, oh my! it's getting exciting this time the ad is getting more comments. "p", kre8tiv, A2B & advertising addict.. this is advertising world & not a FASHION DESIGNING. Wake-up Gays

  14. kre8tiv

Yo Elie.. Why don't you wake up also? None of your comments makes sense!

  15. a2b

    wake up "Gays"?

  16. kre8tiv

who's gay? ya Elie? Typo error maybe, a2b?

  17. long John
