Typical example of how a big production make up for a small idea. The feeling I get after seeing this ad is: so what??? everything is ok with Watanya too. On the other hand, this guy travelled all over the world without changing his shirt??!! he also came back the same day??!!

Why note the1? i mean today most of the cinema movies are based on small ideas with huge production.. so why note applying this to TVC’s. As long as the mssg is there, clear and simple.. i don’t see a big problem.

A TVC is not a movie, the “C” in TVC stands for commercial hence it has to carry a commercial message which is very very weak in the MTC ad. A TVC has to be entertaining as well, and you can find lots of entertainment in this one. You’re right, it is not wrong to compensate a small idea with a big production because you cannot come up with a big idea every time, but this doesn’t change the fact that the result is so average and this is how this TVC ranks.

Here’s a short synopsis: Wife gives shopping list to her husband over the phone - husband roams around the world to buy her the stuff. With MTC everything is ok.

true the1, but he was roaming all over the world, in contact with his wife using an eeZee recharge card…

Very Unrealistic! i should say.. Firstly you are’nt going around the world just to buy things for your wife or whoever and secondly, you wont be coming back the same day with all those things right?. In my opinion the direction is somewhat far-fetched.

Where’s the big idea lolita? It’s just so average and it’s ok.. as I said before, you cannot have a big idea everytime, everyday for every brief.. it happens in the best agencies across the globe. That’s the way it is and that’s what this TVC is all about: Average!

But we can roam all over the world with other cards than eezee…so what’s the difference that eezee brings??? (buy the wife’s list at the same time maybe…hmmm..)

Fantastic production The TVCs in Kuwait should be this big. It is time for the Kuwait market to be at this level …

Okay. Let’s clear up a few things for all you guys. This TVC was filmed entirely in Lebanon - all sets. No actual roaming of the world.
The production isn’t as big as it seems on screen.. but that’s how we work anyway.
Unfortunately yes it’s a small idea.
The song in the TVC is becoming a popular ringtone in Lebanon now.

i think its nice ad. as if he bought all the shopping from different countries(indian shopping from india-egyptian shopping from egypt … etc.) but all from his country
and they didnt mean he travelled to all these countries and came back same day with same shirt.but i think they mean that u can reach everywhere in the same time
