It's ugly and the (child's) horrible illustration doesn't show the message at all (Who is the car dealer here?) And considering it came from one of the biggest agencies in Kuwait, it just reflects the dismal standards (or lack of) of advertising in Kuwait. Agencies here are (for fear of losing the account) to easy to pander to the whims of the client, regardless of how tasteless and irrelevant they are.
