I think this ad is the mistake NUMBER 12 Kreative. This ad works for a studio manager or copywriter and not a graphic designer.

The big Mistake is FCB come up with a POOR, CHILDISH Concept, Come on any lower primary child can find your MITSAKSE. If you are looking for a graphic designer with this much IQ then I feel sorry FCB.

Please!!! I think it’s very cute, funny and smart… you guys always jump to personal attacks with your immature, unprofessional and childish comments… i just wonder how you missed the message!! I believe this ad talks to the mind, it interacts with the reader to understand whether the applicant has the necessary skills, like attention to details, correct spelling and an eye for design… you guys are so “old school”

I second that BOSTON. See why no one here got and will get a Cannes ?
two main reasons. 1• they think they are award winning material but its just an illusion in their heads.
2• they dont find the good in bad ads ( im not saying this ad is bad, just highlighting some of the ignorant attitudes we have to deal with every day.

I am not sure why these Cannes statements keep coming up!!! For God’s sake! This is just a recruitment ad!!! What award winning!!! What illusions!!! Are you guys for real?
We see dozens of bad campaigns on this site (like Zain & Watanya) and it’s all good, but when it comes to a small smart recruitment ad you suddenly want it to win a Cannes!!!

exactly the one, thats why this market sucks, cause no one is able or can or even will get a cannes award. dude if ur in the industry ull understand how a recruitment ad can achieve an award but if ur not, u need to check more ads that dont suck for a change

I think Kuwait has the potential to win awards like Cannes, Clios, D&AD and all those prestigious metals.. Creatives here in the industry has the talent, infact they are all smart and witty and really up-to-date when it comes to creative standards BUT.. there’s always that big mutha BUT… It is the market that’s killing creativity or should I say the clients? and some of those people in suits.. peeps from the creative department always crave for recognition in creative excellence, well they can! But they weren’t given the chance and opportunity.. That’s the sad part, what a shame. Cannes is like in front of them but their hands were tied to reach out and grab one.. props to Joe of FCB:-)
