I like the idea of having ABK at the Liberation Towers.. BUT I don't like the AD AT ALL (puking on the floor)… There's a Gazillion ways to illustrate the message in a more creative way.. Like:

Make the ABK logo appear as a Ribbon tied on the Tower itself.. (easy, huh?) then why didn't they (Intermarkets team) thought of that? The towers were cut, for crying out loud!!!

With regards to the existing one IF I am to tweak it, The ABK logo should be ON TOP of the tower since it says "At Kuwait's Highest Point" Work harder guys, Try squeezing your headshells a bit more.

In reply to Kre8tive's constructive (and destructive) comments:

    1) I might puke more if I saw another ad in Kuwait with a ribbon in it. Much worse, converting the logo into an object (like a ribbon, you said) would be bastardazing it (and therefore, an advertising no-no)

    2) The term "Highest point in Kuwait" was referring to the Liberation Tower as a WHOLE and putting the logo anywhere in the tower would do the job and say the message clearly. The floating top of the tower is the eye-catcher because putting the logo in the tower in a realisitic manner would not have the same impact.

Thank you for the suggestions, Mr. Kre8tive. Any more comments are welcome.

so if ABK had a booth next to the tower that means it reached new heights ? i dont think u reach new heights with a location you moved too but with benifits you added, an edge you create over your competitor, tackling a problem every consumer is havening a problem with. visually its appealing because of the beautiful clouds, the rest is forced,

    sorry OB1

  4. thinking of it, the text is bad… leading is too much and art direction wise it is not that good, very standard, and where's the link between the government work and this?

  5. the color is not the same in both ads from the same patch… STICK TO GUIDELINE [moderated by admin]

    HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE

  6. Real Creative

Moey common give a bit of credit to the thought, ur too harsh. as if its a competition who will find the most mistakes in one ad. the advert has some merit in it. A word of advice, u wont reach anywhere if u keep on trashing other peoples work. you will need to find the good in bad, build on it and take things forward, ever heard of brainstorming ? :P

the thing that triggered me is i saw one comment, then went down and i saw another ! lol you have something personal against ABK dont you ?
