On celebrating their latest achievement, Ilko Shivathcev the Bulgarian ambassador to Kuwait and a patron of the arts paid a visit on the 7th of December, 2009 to the agency head office in which he personally congratulated the team and management of Paragon Marketing Communications for their achievements and wished them continuous success in all their endeavors.
