On the occasion of its tenth anniversary Paragon Marketing Communications announces its relocation from Salmiya, Al Fanar Mall to Kuwait City, Al Hamad Towers. The shift is in line with the company’s expansion plans as the move into a bigger strategically located headquarter will boost the growth of the organization.
Shifting into Kuwait City will help the agency be closer to its clients, the media and the business heart of Kuwait whereas the bigger premises will be technically equipped to house a larger team, to meet the increasing requirements of its clients.

Apple recently announced 2 major updates of its operating systems OS X and iOS at the 2011 Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC 2011), Apples’ annual event highlighting its newest products and updates to developers. The update promises to bring over 250 new features to OS X including new multi-touch gestures, a new file-sharing service called AirDrop as well as a new auto-save feature that saves multiple versions of documents, something that I’m sure all agency creative departments would appreciate.

What’s new for iOS (the iPhone and iPad operating system)? Well, the claim is that over 200 new features will be coming its way including a new notifications system (a bar to the top of the screen similar to the one found in Android) and an iOS exclusive instant messaging app called iMessage (similar to BBM) For a company that’s famous for suing its competitors for copying their ideas, it’s ironic how the tables have somehow turned.

Paragon Marketing Communications one of Kuwait’s leading full service integrated marketing communications agency is now expanding its operations from Kuwait and Bulgaria into Oman. This expansion corresponds to the success achieved in the agency’s 1st phase of 10 years in Kuwait and Bulgaria.

With the headquarters located in Kuwait, Paragon Marketing Communications is one of the very few agencies based in the region to function overseas with its Bulgarian operation and now will be one of the very few elite agencies to foray into the booming Omani market.

The network of operations will help the agency cater to a wider market geographically, with the northern Gulf market being handled through the Kuwait branch, the southern Gulf region through the Omani branch whereas the Bulgarian office will look into the East European market.

Paragon Marketing Communications has been one of the most successful advertising agencies in Kuwait for the past decade and the expansion into a new market signals this success. Comprising of a team of young professionals and experts from the marketing and design field the full fledged integrated marketing communication agency handles some of the top international brands.

The expansion into Oman seems like part of a bigger plan, wherein the success achieved by the Kuwaiti and Bulgarian branches is carried over into nearby markets thereby helping transform Paragon Marketing Communications into an international brand that provides the best services in the field of marketing communication. With the advent of ground breaking technology in telecommunication, each of the head offices will have seamless communication between each other and the wider spectrum of talents from various geographic locations will help in providing the much needed variety in the work output.

Paragon Marketing Communications epitomizes the definition of integrated marketing communication with services ranging from Television production, corporate identity and branding, event management, public relations, advertising above the line, below the line, through the line and the excitingly innovative online.

Having accomplished 52 international, local and regional awards for creativity in corporate identity and design and being published in 17 books on the same subject, Paragon Marketing Communications is doing exactly what it set out to 10 years ago – place Kuwait on the international map of advertising and with this new extension of the Omani branch to its network it takes another step towards its ultimate goal.

Paragon Marketing Communications one of Kuwait’s leading advertising agency has its work featured in Rockport Publications’ latest release titled ‘Recycling & Redesigning Logos’, making it the 17th international publication on advertising and graphic design featuring work by Paragon Marketing Communications’.

Recycling & Redesigning Logos explores the paradoxes involved in determining when and how much change is necessary in order to arrive at a more captivating and enduring visual logo personality. The book talks about redesigning of logos and about the questions one faces whenredesigning, the most important being “Where do you start from?” The book shows case studies from around the world showcasing the brand stories of many corporations such as Coca Cola, Kodak, Burger King etc.

The book is authored by Michael Hodgson, principal and creative director of Ph.D, A Design Office – a firm whose design thinking approach is based on the idea of visual personalities: capturing the essence and soul of the client, then communicating those qualities throughout all applications from building signage and websites to identities and marketing collateral. When he’s not in the office, Michael can usually be found riding his bike in the Santa Monica
Mountains.

Paragon Marketing Communications has been featured in 17 international books on advertising and graphic design some of which are: The Best of Business Card Design by Sibley/PeteetDesign/Austin, Letterhead & Logo Design 9 by The San Francisco Design Office Mine, Letterhead & Logo Design 11 by Design Army, Logo Lounge 4 by Bill Gardner, Identity Crisis by Jeff Fisher, The Big Book of Self promotion by Peleg Top and Ilise Benun, Logo Lounge Master Library 3000 Initial & Crest Logos and Logo Lounge Master Library 3000 Initial & Mythology Logos by Catharine Fishel and Bill Gardner.

On this feat Louai Alasfahani the Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer, Paragon Marketing Communications said “Paragon Marketing Communications has started the new year with yet another achievement and we can safely say that the rest of the year has many more to offer”. Gaya Kruchlik, the Deputy General Manager added “We strive to create work that not just helps the clients but also sets trends and helps push the industry in Kuwait towards
international standards”

Volkswagen Behbehani announced the official launch of their facebook page to create online interaction with its customers through one of the most popular social networking media around the world.

By becoming a member on the page customers can get Volkswagen Behbehani’s latest news, learn about special offers & promotions, watch the latest video of their favorite VW models & take part in competitions & win valuable prizes. Members can also get information about launches of new VW vehicles while sharing their opinions & experiences.

Volkswagen Behbehani’s new approach on e-marketing will be a significant factor in the company’s marketing plan this year to reach IT savvy individuals who use the internet and specific blogs as their main source of information. “Online marketing is becoming very popular locally and is allowing companies to reach new prospects and potential customers who do not use newspapers as their main source of information, times are changing and there is no longer the need for customers to search anywhere, we come to them they no longer have to come to us” said Firas Mufti – Marketing Manager of VW Behbehani.

Other initiatives include Black Berry messenger which will be accessed by a pin code, company banners on specific blogs and a segmented SMS system tailored to specific people with specific profiles.
